Thank you for purchasing Culmer Pen products. We are committed to ensure your total satisfaction however should an online purchase fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund or exchange the item.
- Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours in writing by contacting us at orders@culmerpen.com
- Return/Exchange must be made within 14 days from order date as indicated on the original invoice.
- Merchandise must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging, with merchandise labels attached. The returned item(s) will be subject to inspection and if items do not meet standards (are scratched or used etc.) will be returned back to you at customers expense.
- Customer is responsible for shipping/insurance fees incurred in the return process.
Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made (minus the taxable shipping charges). - Returns and exchanges of Culmer Pen products can only be accepted for products purchased through the webstore. If you purchased a product through a store, we ask that you kindly return it to the same store.
We make every possible effort to ensure that the item you receive is what you ordered and arrives in perfect condition. Should this not be the case Canpar will pick up the item free of charge.
