Culmer Pen Repairs

If you have not already done so, please go to https://retail.culmerpen.com/warranties-and-repairs/ and follow the instructions.

If the pen qualifies for service under the manufacturer’s warranty, there will be no additional charge other than our standard fee of $15.00 to cover processing of the repair. If the pen does not qualify for warranty repair a Culmer representative will contact you once the pen is received to advise you of any additional charges. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the repair process to be completed. To pay for your repair’s shipping and handling fee, please click ADD TO CART on the left and then proceed to the check out. Be sure to use the same name and address used on the Repair Order Form sent with your pen.

No repairs can be performed without the shipping and handling fee being paid.
