Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours by contacting us via email at orders@culmerpen.com or via phone at (905) 542-0040. Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
Should you have received the item and would like to return it for credit (minus the shipping charges and taxes on shipping charges), you may do so within a 7 day period only. Provided the goods remain in completely new and unused condition. Return item will be subject to quality control and if items do not meet the noted standard (i.e. items are scratched, used etc,) these will be returned back to you.

It is the customers responsibility that any goods returned to the Culmer Pen are fully insured while in transit.
As noted we make every possible effort to ensure that the item you receive is what was ordered.
